You should be able to dm anybody on the forum, make sure the settings are fine in the user cp, you can also shoot me an email as well the email is readily available on the forum crx@mombot.krypton.vip however I can't send mail to Hotmail or ms accounts so use Gmail or something if you hit me up there.
I will have a look what happened to the payment with you. As a general rule if payment goes through and everything is fine (no manual review etc) then the forum will give you the proper customer rights so that you can see the private section with the cheat loader etc
