I paid via bitcoin twice and never got past the pay with ethereum bit and im not sure what to do

I don't see any successful payment. And if I did you would have received an email with instructions as well as a pm and you would see the private forum. Contact rexshop directly I can't help with stuck or failed crypto transactions

The ScreenShot you sent is for goerlieth and on a testnetwork. Seems more like your trying to scam. Contact rexshop by email I can't do anything for you either way.

honestly i didnt send it someone else did for me bc he was meant to be buying a acc from me, ill jus buy it with card
